PSM Sports was born from a desire to help smaller sporting organisations become successful in a world that demands a lot from just a few volunteers.

We expanded from supporting local sports clubs and committees into providing competition and event management – and then into the provision of match officials.

Our services can be tailored to any size organisation, and is focused on upskilling existing volunteers to become leaders as sports administrators.

Simon has over 20 years experience in multiple sports as a player, coach, referee, event manager, board chair and director; all as a volunteer. He has officiated at two World Cups and countless other tournaments and is currently completing his Masters in the Coaching of Match Officials.
